Great service in a nice environment. Amazing staff

Me and my wife have bought 3 cars from vickar last one pre owned and was lemon.After two days car died in car wash had to have it toad.At 3 months in it need a new transmission,4 months sensor car was peace of garbage. They even offered any help or what they could to make it right.

Good service but always extra charges added on your bill!

I have no issue with the service department customer service and I have no issues with the quality of the repairs. I have been a customer with Vickars for decades and have been a loyal customer with purchasing all my vehicles and servicing all my vehicles. However I have been noticing a change in Vickars. I recently bought a used car from Vickars in Apriil 2022 and this vehicle had a misfire in cylinder 4. I brought my car to Vickars for repair and hoping they would help me with the $2700 bill as the car is fairly new to me. They responded with a speel of managers would loose their jobs and so forth if I got 50% discount on the repair costs which is what I requested. I told them I will not be servicing my vehicles or purchasing a new vehicle from Vickars. They seem to be more interested in the profits then their customers.I would not do business with Vickars. I am done with their greed.

They provide world’s worst customer service. They are frauds , dont know how to talk to customers, full of arrogance and ego especially managers Andrew and Malik . Dont go there ever.

Very poor service. They dont know whats the problem and charging lots of money still not fixing the problem. The service is very slow dont give your car more than a week no instant repair available

I would agree with others here, after my experience getting some service work completed I will never be returning. Cant say poor customer service when there was no customer service. When trying to pay the bill there was zero willingness to explain the bill provided. further the bill seems very much to be more than you would be paying else where.

please learn from my experience, and choose another shop. over priced, long wait, zero customer service.
